These have included programmes to carry out the complete overhaul of older style terraces. With modern housing blocks, we have been involved in the provision and supply of specialised concrete repairs, window replacement schemes allied to miscellaneous repairs, redecoration programmes, secure door entry and phone systems, stone and brick cleaning, re-roofing, underpinning and specialist structural engineering repairs.

Kinglake Estate, Walworth

Client: L.B. Southwark

Rebuilding of parapet walls to block of flats (4/5 storey) including renewal of asphalt gutters including leadwork, concrete repairs, strengthening of walls, renewal of asphalt roofs and some replacement of damaged roof tiles.

Provision of replacement uPVC windows, concrete repairs and external re-decorations to 12 No. block of flats.
