With an increased demand for new and affordable housing, Indecon has enjoyed a successful and increasingly closer relationship with a number of Housing Associations. Throughout the London area we have been involved in new build schemes of various sizes, from the construction of individual houses to the development of large scale projects. On many of these schemes Indecon has been engaged on a “design and build” basis.

Jenner House - Wembley, Middlesex

Client: Metropolitan Housing Trust

Demolition of existing property and Design and Construction of 15 new houses comprising of 10 for rent and 5 for shared ownership including 1 wheelchair unit.

Albion Drive - Hackney, London E8

Client: Islington & Shoreditch HA

The Design and Construction to meet the Employers Requirements for the demolition of an existing garage block and the construction of 10 social housing units (flats and maisonettes) and the associated hard and soft landscaping.

300 Ivydale Road - Peckham, London SE15

Client: Metropolitan Housing Trust

The Design and Construction to meet the Employer’s Requirements for the demolition of an existing and disused medical centre and office block and the construction of 26 social housing units (20 flats for rent and 6 for shared ownership) and the associated hard and soft landscaping.
