Chairman: H. G. Hall.

From the beginning in 1979 as Managing Director, “Peter” has driven Indecon forward to the successful organisation that it is today and brought his considerable experience of the industry to bear on the working standards, ethos and professionalism of Indecon, marking the company apart many other small to medium sized construction companies. Today, in his role as Chairman, he continues to provide direction, strategic advice and technical support to the other members of the Board of Directors.

He has worked in the construction industry for over fifty years. Immediately before founding Indecon he was Construction Director at Secometric, a modular systems contractor based in Wickford. Before choosing to work locally he was a Divisional Director for Mathew Hall Engineering.

Nicholas joined Indecon in 1986. He previously worked in private practice for E. C. Harris, John Wooldridge & Partners and Norman Rourke & Partners as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor after graduating from Leeds Polytechnic in 1981 (Quantity Surveying).

Contracts Director: D. J. Tumbridge

David joined the company at its formation in 1979 having previously worked for Secometric, a modular systems contractor based in Wickford. He has seen and actively been involved in the growth and development of the company from it’s origins in modular buildings to a general contractor experienced in both new build and refurbishment projects.

After working for an insurance underwriter in London following his graduation from the University of Bradford in 1984, Timothy joined Indecon in 1996 and is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the Company.
